Meet our Founder / CEO

New Day Learning LLC is led by Theophilus Akonnor, a professional with hands-on experience supporting adults with special needs and working closely with families and service teams.

His leadership is grounded in practical service delivery, clear communication, and a strong commitment to ethical care. He is actively involved in guiding service quality, supporting staff, and ensuring individuals receive consistent and respectful support.

Theophilus believes effective services start with listening, clear planning, and follow-through. His focus is on building an organization that values accountability, personal growth, and meaningful outcomes for every individual served.
